CUPE BC will provide childcare on site at Think Tank for children aged 12 and under. Childcare applications are closed as of June 9 , 2023.

TRAVEL & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Accommodations: CUPE BC will book hotel rooms for all attendees who register online by the June 9, 2023 deadline. Rooms at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort will be assigned to registrants on a first come, first serve basis in conjunction with their stated preferences and number of guests. CUPE BC will endeavor to accommodate the needs and special requests of all guests.

Extending Your Stay: If you wish to extend your stay before or after Think Tank at your own cost, please contact the Division Office (events@cupe.bc.ca) to extend your stay after completing your registration.
​
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: CUPE BC has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available under its room block.
NOTE: Guests attending with pets will be required to pay an additional Pet Fee of $30/night at their own expense.
​
Parking: Pay parking is in effect in the Resort. The nightly self-parking fee is $12.00 per night plus GST. To receive complimentary parking, please register your vehicle license plate at the Front Desk upon check-in. Please click here for a map of parking locations.
