THINK TANK INFORMATION
CUPE BC will provide childcare on site at Think Tank for children aged 12 and under. To opt in for childcare services, please electronically submit the following forms to the CUPE BC Office (email@example.com) by no later than June 14.

TRAVEL & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Accommodations: CUPE BC will book hotel rooms for all attendees who register online by the June 14 deadline. Rooms at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort will be assigned to registrants on a first come, first serve basis in conjunction with their stated preferences and number of guests. CUPE BC will endeavor to accommodate the needs and special requests of all guests.
Extending Your Stay: If you wish to extend your stay before or after Think Tank at your own cost, please complete your registration online based on the dates indicated as part of your invitation. After completing your registration, please contact the Division Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to extend your stay.
If you require additional nights due to travel limitations from remote areas, please complete your registration online based on your intended travel dates. In addition, please contact the Division Office (email@example.com) to obtain approval for the additional dates required.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: CUPE BC has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available under its room block. If you require a pet-friendly room in order to attend Think Tank, please note your requirement when completing your registration online. NOTE: Guests attending with pets will be required to pay an additional Pet Fee of $30/night at their own expense.
Parking: Pay parking is in effect in the Resort. The nightly self-parking fee is $12.00 per night plus GST. To receive complimentary parking, please register your vehicle license plate at the Front Desk upon check-in. Please click here for a map of parking locations.
